1. What is a referral program?
A referral program is a mechanism where users earn commission rewards by inviting others to sign up for and use a product. Users can share the product with others via a dedicated referral link or referral code. Once the referred user completes a qualifying action, the referrer earns a commission.
Example: An existing user recommends the product to a friend or partner by sharing their own referral link. Once the referred user completes payment, the system automatically generates a commission record, which the user can check anytime in the backend.
2. Who can participate in the referral program?
Anyone who registers a PartnerShare account can create a referral program. Feature permissions and commission settlement may vary slightly by plan — refer to what’s shown inside the product for exact rules.
3. How do I start using the referral program?
General flow:
- Log in to the admin dashboard.
- Create a campaign and select the “referral program” type (see the detailed tutorial).
- Embed the promoter management dashboard into your own product.

4. Under what conditions do referrers earn commission?
PartnerShare currently supports two reward models:
- The referred user completes registration via the dedicated link or referral code — the referrer earns commission.
- The referred user completes registration and makes a payment — the referrer earns commission.
5. How is commission calculated?
- For “signup” events, only a fixed commission amount is supported — e.g., the referrer earns $1 for every referred signup.
- For “transaction” events, commission can be a fixed amount or a percentage of the transaction:
- E.g., the referrer earns $100 after the referred user signs up and pays.
- E.g., the referrer earns 10% of the payment amount as commission.
6. When can commission be withdrawn?
Once settlement conditions are met, commission becomes withdrawable. Common factors that affect this include:
- Whether there are refunds or risk-control flags.
- Whether the account has completed the required security/identity verification.

7. What withdrawal methods are supported? We support four withdrawal methods: Card, PayPal, USDT, and Alipay. Available methods vary by plan:
- Pro / Enterprise: Card, PayPal, USDT, Alipay
- Free: Card only
- Starter: Card, PayPal
8. How long does a withdrawal typically take? Withdrawals usually take 3–5 business days to process. You can check the current status of each withdrawal order anytime on the “Withdrawal Management” page.
9. What is the auto-payout (escrow) feature, and is it recommended? The auto-payout feature automates commission disbursement, reducing manual work and improving overall settlement efficiency.
We recommend enabling it where possible. Note: you must ensure sufficient account balance before using auto-payout, otherwise commission disbursement may fail.
